(Does it bug you that I keep mentioning that?)
I discovered I just had to cherish spring and fall because that is when DC is at its best. The only way to do DC in the summer is indoors, in a pool, or *really* early in the morning. For example the zoo is actually really nice at 6 am. It is all shaded and cool. You can't go in the animal houses that early but some of the animals are outside and are being fed which makes it interesting.Ye Stewart Clanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09243317800537483537noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27189828.post-26001031170362316792012-08-09T08:48:59.487-04:002012-08-09T08:48:59.487-04:00i am seasonally depressed as well. i think the onl...i am seasonally depressed as well. i think the only really perfect place to live that would allow you to enjoy the outdoors regardless of season is northern california. oh it is wonderful. my sister lived there for years and i LOVED visiting her. especially during the winter when i was living in canada. and the fresh produce there is to die for and also dirt cheap. however, they had to move because they would never be able to afford a house there :(.Patiencehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04519664634471639168noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27189828.post-29313143565016607902012-08-08T16:50:04.347-04:002012-08-08T16:50:04.347-04:00i loved summer until i moved to dc. i hate this pl...i loved summer until i moved to dc. i hate this place in the summer. there, i said it.

let's get together and hang out in a kiddie pool with some popsicles or something. i hate this august funk i'm in.hannerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16966877767499695440noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27189828.post-66692644472318273022012-08-07T22:39:04.227-04:002012-08-07T22:39:04.227-04:00Seasonal depression. Portland was basically the best place on earth that July weekend. She's tricky that girl, Portland. She'll sneak in a few good weeks and trap you in. We later learned the consequences of the few amazing weeks once we didn't see the sun for five months straight the winter we moved here.

Autumn is my FAVORITE too. I'm totally looking forward to it this year because it brings cooler temps (it 102 in Pdx on Saturday bleh.) and a it also brings a BABY!! wahoo!katehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17058256192583515265noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27189828.post-69526787881022842002012-08-07T19:28:51.392-04:002012-08-07T19:28:51.392-04:00I throw my weight behind the awesomeness of fall. ...I throw my weight behind the awesomeness of fall.
