All taken from here. My new favorite site for pictures.

Had an extremely overpriced tuna sandwich, but they serve borscht and latkes, so I might be making a return visit. Actually, they didn't have black and whites today so I'll definitely be making return visits until I eat a cookie.
I have a white plastic chair that looks like the classic eames tulip chairs from the 70s, so I need a desk to match it. I think I have to get a white desk to make it look right. What do you think?
A cool chair inside the cloisters. I want to replicate it when I start making furniture one magical day.
A plant in the outdoor gardens.
Beautiful stained glass.
More cloisters.
A cool tree in the gardens.
And this was the desk that Louis XIV actually sat at and made important decisions like "build me more gardens" or "get me more foie gras".
This is a picture that someone drew of me when I was singing The Carpenters at a gay piano bar, Duplex, in the west village. (Awesome).
And a new day, new area. Went to grand central station. Funny story: I grew up in a family of 8, that shared one bathroom. My mom would occasionally try and take a peaceful bath that would inevitably be interrupted by her children. She always asked us: what do you think this is grand central station? When I saw all the people walking back in forth like a million rats, that memory immediately popped into my head. My mother. Never been to nyc before. She was so right.
Coney Island: cyclone twice
games, photo booth, walk through russian brighton beach, and side show. Side show had guy nailing nail into head, sword swallower, fire breather, etc. Crazy, fun, weird carnie freak show. Totally worth it.
walked along prospect park, then subway back to DiFara's, where I had literally the best pizza of my life. Best pizza of my life. This 70-something year old man has been making pizza by hand, laying the pepperoni's one at a time for years and years. He's a master.
It's a bit of a hike out to midwood in brooklyn, and then about an hour and a half wait, but totally worth it. And we ran into one of TH's old friends from utah. Funny, small world.
Then to Jamba juice for a jamba nightcap before we headed home to SLEEP after a long day.
Lots of lovelies at the MOMA. We liked the Sol LeWitt installation. He's a brilliant artist.
After MOMA, to the Burger Joint - awesome burgers, fries and milkshakes inside a fancy hotel, Le Parker Meredian. You can write on the walls at The Burger Joint. So I did.

Next day. Gnomie and Josh beach trip to the nude beach. Yes, the nude beach. Zipcar to Long Island, near Jones Beach, but a walk down proved to be an interesting choice. I saw a sasquatch man laying behind a roofless tent, face down thank goodness. Then we walked through 65 year old potbelly naked man land. Plus a 400 pound woman. All NAKED. We had a good chuckle, then layed out in the sun. Ate strawberries. Ate wheat thins and cheddar. Played with my new holga. Walked to a nearby lighthouse.
See the tent in the background? That's sasquatch man!

This morning? BURNED. Aloe plant will hopefully save me. Staying hydrated. Eating watermelon. Laying on the couch, watching my netflix. Rachel Getting Married. The Changeling. Next up: Friends episodes. Then TH comes into town later tonight! Date night!
