I do I do!! And it is amazing. don't even think about skipping the corn flakes either-they totally make the potatoes.
6 medium potatoes 1 can cream of chicken soup 16 oz pt sour cream 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese 1/3 cup chopped green onions Topping: 3/4 cup crushed corn flakes 2 tbsp butter, melted
boil and peel potatoes; let them cool, then shred them. heat soup, sour cream, onions, and cheese in a pan. Add potatoes and spread in 9x13 inch pan. Mix corn flakes and butter and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
